Section 97
Auction sale and disposal of goods connected with crime

(1) The military court shall protect the property related to the offense brought before it during the trial of the case.
(2) If the goods kept for security according to sub-section (1) go to waste, the military court may order that the proceeds from the auction sale of such goods be tied to the government account.
(3) After the conclusion of the proceedings of the case by the military court, the officer or an officer higher than that officer approves the sentence passed by the military court and after the military court decides that such sentence should not be confirmed, the army, army, captain or officer related to the offense presented before the military court during the trial of the case.
